The planning process works in 4 easy steps to make your day run as easily and smoothly as possible.
A great place to start is colour schemes and any possible themes you may want as part of your event. If you see any pictures, magazine clippings, fabrics, props you may like, make a list and bring them along so we can discuss them further. A lot of couples find inspiration from the internet or Pinterest, pin away as our stylists will love to get a feel for your vision. If you have seen something on our website before your consultation please do let us know. Another thing to think about is your budget, no matter how big or small we can work together to make your dreams a reality. Consultations can be done face to face, over the phone or even via skype!
Once you have booked your consultation your personal wedding stylist will arrange a suitable place to meet, normally at the venue, so they can discuss your vision for the big day. They will bring along our portfolio to inspire you and get you started. Here you will share ideas on style preferences and begin to build that all important relationship to ensure your personality and vision is truly reflected.
After your consultation your wedding stylist will be able to transform your vision to reality! We offer a unique service where you actually get to see your Wedding or Event in 3D through our Sister Company Interactiva! This can be a standard room, one of our recommend venues or you actually venue can be modelled! We can then go though it with you so you can see your Wedding & Event and make live changes to colours and décor until your are completely satisfied with your event décor. Now would be a good time to share your overall event proposal with an estimate of costings, as we are a bespoke wedding service, these can be tailored to you, meaning you can have as much or as little as you like, this can also be adapted into a bespoke wedding package. When you are completely happy that we have your precise vision in mind and are happy with the quote we can save the date and book you in.
Once you have made your booking you can sit back and leave it to us. We will create the perfect wedding atmosphere for your big day. Keeping contact every step of the way to ensure everything is running smoothly, we will gather your final numbers & details 8 weeks prior to your event, you can also make changes to your invoice up until this point too. We will also liaise with your venue on your behalf arranging set up and collection after your big day, meaning its stress free from start to finish. With guidance on the day you can be assured that the venue will be perfectly set up and all the final touches have been taken care of.
